1. Purpose of the Platform

NikahNama.pk is exclusively intended as an Islamic and family-oriented matrimonial platform designed to facilitate lawful marriage (Nikah) between consenting adults in accordance with Pakistani cultural and religious values.

Strict Prohibition on Casual Dating: NikahNama.pk is not a casual dating, romance, hookup, or friendship website. Any use of this platform for non-matrimonial purposes, casual dating, commercial solicitation, or extramarital relationships is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate, permanent account termination.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To register for an account on NikahNama.pk, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of marriage in your jurisdiction).
• You must be legally competent to enter into a valid marriage contract under applicable law.
• You must have a serious intention to seek a matrimonial alliance for yourself or for a family member where you are acting as an authorized guardian (Wali/Parent).
• You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or convicted of crimes involving fraud, harassment, or cybercrime.

3. Profile Accuracy & Code of Conduct

As a registered member or guardian on NikahNama.pk, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information regarding your identity, education, marital status, and profession.
• Upload only authentic, modest photographs representing yourself with proper authorization.
• Communicate with other members and their families with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
• Never solicit money, financial loans, gifts, or investment funds from any member under any pretext.
• Refrain from transmitting defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, abusive, or discriminatory content.

4. Member Verification & Moderation Rights

NikahNama.pk reserves the right, but is not legally obligated, to verify profile information, request secondary identity documents, and moderate uploaded photographs. NikahNama.pk reserves the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any account found violating these Terms without prior notice.

5. Independent Verification & Safety Disclaimer

While NikahNama.pk implements phone OTP verification and human profile moderation, members and their families are solely responsible for conducting their own independent background checks, family references, and due diligence before finalizing any matrimonial commitment. NikahNama.pk does not guarantee marital success or endorse the character of any individual member.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid membership packages (e.g. Basic, Premium) grant access to enhanced platform features for a designated time period. All payments processed via local gateways (such as JazzCash) are subject to payment confirmation. Fees paid for digital membership services are non-refundable once activated.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

You may delete or deactivate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from member search and public visibility in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
